Collection Service

If you are having us carry out an installation for you, you need to transport your machine to us. If you don't want to arrange this for yourself we can have our courier (Initial CityLink) collect it from you.

You are still responsible for packaging the machine up securely for transit (box and packaging material NOT provided), and you will need to label the package with a delivery note (provided once you have confirmed your order). MacUpgrades strongly advises at least 2" - 3" of packaging around each dimension, and a secure cardboard box. Goods are insured on their way to us via this service, but only if they are packaged to this standard.

Please note that this collection service costs more than a standard courier delivery, so it will work out cheaper to arrange your own shipping.

All collections are carried out on working days during normal business hours. We can specify a day, but not a precise time. Please use the comments field (available during checkout) to indicate a day you would like the collection to take place (needs to be at least 2 working days from the date of order). If there is a problem with the date chosen, or you do not provide a date, a member of our sales team will call you.

Important: If you choose the collection service, the full value of your order will be charged immediately the order is placed.
