ADC (Apple Display Connector) to DVI adapter. This adaptor enables a DVI Display to connect to an ADC graphics card. Please note that combining multiple adapters together normally fails to work, so for example you cannot use this adapter with a DVI - VGA adapter to run a VGA screen from an ADC port.

NB: This adapter will not allow an ADC display to work on a DVI graphics card, if you need to do this you need a powered DVI - ADC adapter, which is considerably more expensive.
